Solutions

Start from the problem, not the service catalogue.

ETT plans, builds and runs AI and automation for regulated businesses. Most engagements follow one path: a workshop to find the work worth automating, process mining to see how it really runs, a build on UiPath that mixes robots, AI agents and people, then governed operation with evidence an auditor can check.

The solutions

What each one delivers

Most clients start with a workshop. Governance and evidence run from the first week, not the last.

Hand over the whole process

Not just the automations: the process itself, run for you and billed on verified outcomes.

Outcome-billed

Agentic MSP

ETT Group's managed services company. Agentic MSP runs back-office work for you with governed AI agents and a trained exception desk. Licensed decisions stay with your team, every outcome is recorded in an Evidence File, and the service is billed on verified outcomes rather than seats or hours.

For independent insurance agencies and mid-market finance teams in the US and Canada.

How engagements are shaped

Small, measured, and allowed to stop.

Every engagement runs in stages: each has a purpose, produces something, and ends in a decision. A recommendation not to proceed is a valid outcome, and you keep what has been produced up to that point.

  • Discovery. A fixed-price Business Process Workshop, or process mining where the processes run through core systems. Produces a baseline, a business case and a build-or-stop recommendation.
  • Proof of value. One real workflow, built and tested against criteria agreed before the work starts, with the findings including whatever did not work.
  • Delivery. Building and integrating the agreed solution, with the exception handling, documentation and handover to run it.
  • Operate. Managed operation of the automations and agents, with drift checks, change control and a monthly evidence report.
  • Advisory. Named security or delivery leadership over a period, with an agreed cadence and reporting. Scope and authority are set in the engagement letter.
