Most of ETT's automation delivery runs on UiPath. Five of the six case studies we publish are UiPath engagements, from email-to-case-system intake on UiPath IXP to a process mining-led discovery for a Canadian financial services operator.
We use the platform end to end. Process Mining, Task Mining and Task Capture find the work and set the baseline. IXP, Document Understanding, AI Center, robots and agents do the work, orchestrated so that each step goes to the right kind of worker. Action Center, Automation Ops and Insights keep people in the loop, set the controls in policy and report what happened.
One team scopes the work, supplies the licences, builds on the platform and supports it afterwards, so nobody is left owning the gap between the software and the delivery.
